08/02/10 SAINT GABRIELS ANNUAL DINNER DANCE
 Well what a night for those who had the stamina to last..... ! St Gabriels hosted their annual dinner dance in Gullanes on Friday night last and between the speeches, awards,food & the music an entertaining night was thoroughly enjoyed by all. And with training now in full swing with u12's, U21 & Juniors in Kilconnell @ 7pm & 8pm respectively tonight (monday) we will now turn our attentions to events on the pitch. 05/02/10 2010 SQUAD UPDATES HAVE BEGUN
 A new season and new updated squad lists have just begun with our under 12's & under 14's the first to be updated, we will be including new teams as we get them.
03/02/10 DINNER DANCE - ALMOST THERE !

Our GAA annual dinner dance will be held in Gullanes Hotel, Ballinasloe on friday 5/2/10. Special Event on the night will be medals presentation to last seasons U16 panel with the meal beginning @9pm sharp! A limited number of tickets are available @€25 each and are available from all club officers. Musical entertainment on the night will be provided by Ken and Steve.

St Gabriels G.A.A club wish to sympathise with the the Noone family of Kilconnell on the death of Pauric Noone. May he rest in peace.

26/01/10 CLUB FUNDING - A TERRIFIC IDEA
St Gabriels Football Club is currently trying to get all members to sign up for a very special offer from Vodafone. If you sign up to Vodafones Support Your GAA Club then Vodafone will donate 5% of any top ups and monthly bill pay to the club and the bonus is IT WONT COST YOU A PENNY ! 23/01/10 REGISTRATION DAY ON SUNDAY
 Registration day will be be held on sunday 24/01/10 in the clubhouse in Kilconnell at 11am on sunday morning for u8's, u10's, u12's, u14's, & u16's. All parents are asked to attend to ensure that all players are insured for the coming season. Juvenile €10 Adults €30 Family membership €65. There will also be a selection of football boots at discounted rates available for purchase by club members for the new season with sizes ranging from 3-12.

ITEM 1 - GULLANES DINNER DANCE
 St Gabriels annual dinner dance will be held on the 5/2/10 in Gullanes Hotel, Ballinasloe, Tickets are EUR25 each. Tickets available from all club officers. St Gabriesl club lotto draw is in Valeries bar on Monday 25/1/10. The club lotto is now EUR6,000.00. St Gabriels are having a registration day on Sunday the 25th January at the clubhouse in Kilconnell at 11 am for U8'S, U10's, U12' U14's and U16's. All parents are asked to make the effort to attend so that all players are insured for the coming season. Family membership EUR65, Adult EUR30, Juvenile EUR10.
ITEM 2 - FUNDRAISER FOR SAINT GABRIELS
 St Gabriels are embarking on a major fundraising drive. Please support our upcoming four monthly draws with 1st prize each month a new car commencing March 2010. We are running this draw in association with the Raheens G.A.A. Club in Co. Kildare. First draw is on 26/3/2010. 100 great prizes. EUR25 per month or EUR100 total. Tickets are on sale from all club officers. There will be an In-house draw with a prize of EUR250 per month for the 4 month draws. This prize is confined to St Gabriels Ticket Holders only.
ITEM 3 - VODAFONE SUPPORT ST GABRIELS FOOTBALL CLUB- Support  your local GAA Club with Vodafone Ireland- Sign up to the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme to donate 5% of your Pay Monthly bill or Top Up to your local club - without it costing you a single cent! 19/01/10 U21/JUNIOR TRAINING GETS UNDERWAY
 Pat Finn new U21 & Junior Bainisteoir will be training the two squads in Kilconnell on wednesday 20th january @ 7pm. We wish him and his panels great success for the 2010 season. www.stgabrielsgaa.com will be getting a bit of an update over the next few weeks where we will be updating sqaud panels for 2010, adding more gallery pictures and also be moving some of our links around the site. 13/01/10 GYM SESSIONS GET UNDERWAY
 Well what can we say it's exciting times down at St Gabriels Sports Complex in Kilconnell. St Gabriels gaa club held their first training session in their newly equipped gym in their sports facility on sunday morning the 10/01/10. They did ball work in the newly painted sports complex. Tom Newell came and did a training session with the minors under the leadership of Robbie Keane. On a cold morning there was a good turn out and they had a great fitness session & this was followed by another quickfire session on Tuesday evening (12/01/10) despite the snow!!. Under 14's will be training this thursday @ 6.30pm and the Minors will be breacking a sweat in the gym the same evening. To see more pics of the complex please click on our picture link here.
07/01/10 THE GAA's ASAP PROGRAMME
 Saint Gabriels Football Club understands that the welfare of its players should always be upper most in the mind of the club and fully endorses the GAA's Alcohol & Substance Abuse Prevention Programme. The aim of the ASAP Programme is to reduce the harm caused by alcohol and other drugs. The GAA are doing this by appointing ASAP Officers at provincial, county and club levels. ASAP Officers will be responsible for promoting and implementing Club Drug and Alcohol policies and organising prevention/education initiatives in conjunction with professional drug and alcohol agencies.To view the website please click on our banner link here.
